Will I Get a Tracking Number?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped from our facility. Sometimes there may be postal delays or customs clearance issues that are outside of our control. We appreciate your patience in those situations.
Why Is My Tracking Not Updating?
For some shipping carriers, it can take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to become available in their system initially after the order ships out.
What If My Package Never Arrives?
Not to worry, we insure all of our shipments against loss or damage during transit. In the unlikely event your order gets held up in customs, lost, or returned to us, we will reship a replacement via priority shipping with tracking at no additional cost.
